Today has been a great day for Griffin. This morning they took him off of the ventilator and extubated him. They also took out his catheter and will take out his UVC today and they plan to start feeding him this afternoon. He looks AWESOME!!!!! He only has a couple of things still attached to him right now. A nasal canula for oxygen but they are weening him pretty rapidly from that. He has a pic line for his fentenal drip and they are weening him from that also. He has an IV in his head but that is there just in case they need it. He is off of all of the antibiotics and blood pressure medications and pooped his diaper last night. His left lung is still not inflated all of the way but he is moving air really good so they think that will just take some time. Things are looking really great and we hope to be home next week sometime. Thank you everyone for your prayers and support!

YAY FOR POOP!!!! Amazing how that is such a key. You are an amazing girl, it's no wonder you have an amazing family. Your in our thoughts and prayers.
