As a first grader Ethan got to participate in the Manners Tea on Valentines Day. All of the 1st graders learn some dances and perform them for the school and parents. Then they all have a tea were they learn to use their manners. Ethan's partner was a girl who has some disablities and so I don't think he had a lot of fun, but he was extremely patient with her and did a great job. After the performance I had several parents tell me what a good job he had done. His teacher and the teacher of the girl told me that he was so good about working with her and he was such a sweetheart to her. Ethan has always been a very kind and caring boy and I'm glad he is not embarassed to show everyone his sweet side. That night at dinner Alex asked Ethan what his favorite part about the dancing was and Ethan told him "It was the last time I have to dance".
